Card Operations Project Analyst

What you'll do:

As a Card Operations Administrator II, you'll be responsible for supporting the daily operational processes related to the bank's card services, including debit and commercial credit cards. You'll perform debit and commercial credit card inquiries or maintenance requests in accordance with established policies and procedures. You'll handle debit and commercial credit account maintenance quality reviews and ancillary data analysis. In addition, you'll support internal teams with business initiatives and projects.
  • Responsible for debit and commercial credit card account maintenance and inquiries from internal and external customers within service level agreement expectations.
  • Process quality control requests and provide feedback to management.
  • Work assigned indexing of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly standard reports for all card transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date cardholder records in the bank's systems.

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years of related experience in Loan Administration or similar field.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Intermediate experience in operations, including data entry, work requests through a workflow tool.
  • Intermediate experience with either debit or credit cards.
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
