Position: Amazon General Manager
Position Overview:
In this U.S.-based role, the General Manager, Amazon will play a critical role in driving the growth, performance, and operational success of Growve's health and wellness brands on Amazon. This role requires a proven track record in Amazon account management, particularly within consumable categories. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage Growve's Amazon for multiple seller accounts, driving sales growth, improving profitability, and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and service providers to ensure compliance, seamless operations, and effective strategy execution.
  • Develop and oversee budgets for Amazon operations, ensuring all activities align with financial objectives and deliver cost-effective results.
  • Utilize expertise in Amazon FBA to plan and optimize inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment processes.
  • Execute brand expansion strategies on Amazon, including listing optimization, new product launches, and domestic compliance requirements. Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure products comply with regulations, streamlining processes for new product launches.
