Position: Project Manager III
Location: 1201 NW Wall Street, Bend, OR 97703
Duration: 9-Month Contract (Potential for Extension or Conversion to Full-Time)
Compensation: $36.24 - $60.41/hour (W2)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead and manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, automation, and project execution, with proven experience leading cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project execution from post-sales handoff through project completion.
  • Direct, motivate, and manage multidisciplinary project teams while ensuring accountability for project deliverables.
  • Serve as a primary customer contact for operational project-related matters and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner with Account Managers to maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and overall profitability.
  • Coordinate project governance activities and ensure alignment among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify, prepare, and communicate scope changes in collaboration with Account Management.
  • Develop and implement mid-to-long-term program strategies alongside Commercial Development and Account Management teams.
  • Define and oversee all customer communications, project milestones, lessons learned sessions, and project closeout activities.
  • Act as the customer advocate within the organization and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Mentor and support project team members, fostering continuous professional development.

Required Qualifications
  • 510 years of project or program management experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and automation technologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong customer-facing experience and conflict-resolution capabilities.
