A leader in cutting-edge research and technology in the cyber arena, CPMG focuses on using business drivers to guide cybersecurity activities and manage risk. CPMG offers flexible, integrative solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) contractors, among others, and specializes in cybersecurity, information and operational technology, electronic security surveillance, and support services.
Summary:
The Program/Project Manager II supports planning, coordination, execution, and oversight activities for Clinical Infrastructure Modernization Program Lifecycle Environment (CIMPLE) initiatives supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Clinical Information Modernization (CIM) Integrated Product Team (IPT), and Compute and Storage Management Service/Data Center Operations (CSMS/DCOPS) environment.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
  • Support program and project management activities for enterprise virtualization, cloud, infrastructure modernization, and data center operations initiatives.
  • Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, risk tracking, and resource planning activities.
  • Monitor contractor performance, milestones, and technical progress to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  • Participate in configuration management, change management, and quality assurance processes.
  • Support lifecycle modernization efforts involving VMware, Citrix, cloud infrastructure, storage, and enterprise hosting environments.

Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical personnel.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Four (4) years as manager of information assurance or computer network defense projects. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
  • The contractor shall have a TOP SECRET (TS) facility clearance (FCL) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access (TS/SCI).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
