Warehouse Operations Manager
Location: Inland Empire, CA

Overview:
A fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) provider in the Inland Empire is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a large-scale distribution center serving clients in retail, e-commerce, and consumer goods. This is a key leadership role with hands-on responsibility for workforce management, logistics coordination, and continuous process improvement. As Warehouse Operations Manager, you will oversee all warehousing functions including inbound receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping. You'll lead a team of 40+ associates across multiple shifts, ensuring customer service-level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met while maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and accuracy. The ideal candidate is a people-focused leader with a passion for logistics and a proven ability to manage KPIs in high-volume environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations from receiving to shipping
  • Manage labor planning, training, and shift scheduling
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for operational improvement
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, company policies, and safety procedures
  • Work closely with supply chain, transportation, and customer service teams
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and data reporting via WMS
