Operations Specialist

Thompson Gray is seeking a Operations Specialist to support for the U.S. Army.

Job Duties:
  • The selected candidate will work as the operations lead in a Department of Defense (DOD) product office. The operations lead will directly support the Product Director and Deputy Product Director managing daily operations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • GO SES Interaction
    • Installation Management (Interaction with DPW)
    • Alternate Information Management Officer (IMO)
    • Property Book
    • Facilities Management
    • Alternate Actions Coordinator
    • Divisional Visits
    • All Military interaction
    • Liaison with USAWHC, CASCOM, and T2COM
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Extensive Experience in operations management or related discipline
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, evolving, emerging work environment
  • High level of professionalism
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
  • Must be proficient in Power Point, Word, and Excel
  • Must be proactive
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Be able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Some understanding of cost, schedule and performance
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • 10+ Years of experience
