  • Lead with customer-first energy! Deliver fast, friendly service, resolve concerns with care, and ensure a consistently great experience across the store.

  • Drive team performance! Motivate, train, schedule, and support Team Members while building a positive, fun, and high-performing culture.
  • Own operations & execution! Oversee daily store activities including staffing, delegation, paperwork, vendor check-ins, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Protect the business! Follow and enforce all safety, food handling, cash control, and loss prevention procedures to keep the store running smoothly.
  • Run a clean, safe, and organized store! Ensure the store, equipment, and exterior areas are well-maintained and operating at their best in all conditions.
  • Drive results & stay connected! Partner with leadership to achieve sales and profitability goals while communicating effectively, attending training/meetings, and staying current on policies.
  • Commit to your growth! Successfully complete all required Leader in Training coursework, on-the-job learning activities, and training milestones while maintaining program standards and performance expectations within established timelines.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
  • Strong customer-first mindset supported by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven reliability and accountability, with flexibility to work various shifts, including overnight/3rd shift.
  • Solid problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail, plus basic computer, math, and analytical skills.
  • Self-driven with a strong learning orientation and ability to complete training while consistently aligning with company values.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned district as needed.
  • 2+ years of food service or retail management experience required.
