Job Summary
The People Operations Intern will support field teams by enhancing employee
engagement, strengthening employer branding, and improving recruitment sourcing
efforts. This role partners with field employees and local communities to identify
opportunities for process improvement, provide workforce solutions, and collaborate
with internal departments to drive operational effectiveness.
This opportunity is designed as a summer learning experience for individuals interested in
Human Resources, People Operations, and Workforce Management.
Daily / Weekly Activities & Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and address potential barriers related to scheduling, bench management,
    and employee conversion
  • Research local markets to identify effective talent sourcing opportunities
  • Conduct site visits to communicate and promote employee referral programs
  • Follow up on employee referrals to improve engagement and hiring conversion
  • Engage with field teams to identify training and development opportunities
  • Document operational challenges (e.g., scheduling gaps, turnover, training needs)
    and escalate or recommend solutions to management
