The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP iXp - Chief of Staff Support (SAP Americas Regional Marketing)

Location: Newtown Square, PA or Chicago, IL preferred; candidates located near an SAP office may also be considered. Hybrid — 3 days per week onsite.

Expected start date to end date: September 2026 to September 2027

Working hours: Full time, 40 hours a week

As a Marketing and Project Management Intern, you will work directly with the Chief of Staff for SAP Americas Regional Marketing to help keep internal operations structured, efficient, and on track. This role offers hands-on exposure to marketing strategy, business operations, and cross-functional project execution at enterprise scale.

This is a unique opportunity to serve as a CoS Fellow-in-Training—gaining visibility into how leadership decisions are made and executed while contributing meaningfully to the day-to-day rhythm of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining and improving internal documentation, process guides, and planning frameworks

  • Create and format presentations, reports, and communications decks for internal and leadership meetings

  • Help organize and prepare for weekly staff calls, planning sessions, and operating cadences

  • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff on strategic initiatives, including team enablement, operations improvements, and internal communications

  • Support development of executive presentations and communications while upholding SAP brand standards and brand tools

  • Jump into ad hoc projects that support agility and structure across the team

  • Independently manage some communications projects including internal field communications, post-event recap reports, team SharePoint pages, and more

  • Independently manage some marketing campaigns - liaising with vendors, cross functional team coordination, tracking demand generation results and optimizing campaign to business objectives

What you bring

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student (or recent grad) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and detail-obsessed

  • Excellent communicator—clear, concise, and professional in writing and speaking

  • Comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast-paced, virtual team environment

  • Curious and eager to learn about marketing operations, executive support, communications and project leadership

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Co-Pilot, as well as Canva and basic video editing
