Senior Product Management Associate

Location: Fully Onsite (No Hybrid or Remote Work Available)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Range: $65,000 – $75,000 annually
Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt

About the Role

The Senior Product Management Associate is responsible for leading product development efforts and strengthening competitive positioning across the company’s product portfolio. This role focuses on regulated financial products, print/manufacturing processes, and e-commerce performance. The position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective collaboration across departments to drive product success and revenue growth.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Core duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Develop new products and enhance existing offerings to strengthen market position
  • Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with company growth and profitability goals
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements, enhancements, and innovation
  • Create and maintain product setups, including SKUs, pricing, and product descriptions
  • Build and update product information across websites and internal systems
  • Monitor product performance and analyze data to support business decisions and forecasts
  • Collaborate with Sales, IT, Production, Customer Service, and Graphics teams
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery, accurate invoicing, and compliance
  • Maintain product specifications and ensure consistency across platforms
  • Support process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and cost effectiveness
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
