HR & Operations AssistantLocation: Woodland Hills, CA | Full-Time

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and professional HR & Operations Assistant to support our Human Resources and Operations teams. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with people, managing details, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, personnel files, and HR documentation.
  • Support benefits, PTO, attendance, timekeeping, and payroll-related tasks.
  • Assist employees with general HR questions and company policies.
  • Maintain confidential employee records.
  • Assist with employee scheduling, staffing, and coverage coordination.
  • Communicate with employees, supervisors, and management regarding schedules and operational needs.
  • Maintain operational reports, rosters, and records.
  • Assist with training, orientations, meetings, and special projects.
  • Support HR and Operations management with day-to-day administrative needs.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of HR, administrative, operations, or scheduling experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, dependable, and positive attitude.
  • HR, payroll, scheduling, or California employment law experience is a plus.
