The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a strong background in restaurant operations, people development, and business consulting. This individual will partner with restaurant leadership teams to drive operational excellence, enhance the customer experience, and achieve key business objectives. They will serve as a coach, mentor, and strategic advisor, helping restaurants strengthen performance while maintaining McDonaldโ€™s standards.

Responsibilities


  • Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to restaurant management teams.
  • Evaluate restaurant operations and identify opportunities to improve people, profitability, and performance.
  • Support General Managers and leadership teams in executing operational and financial goals.
  • Analyze key performance indicators, budgets, labor, sales, and profitability trends to drive business results.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing restaurant leadership talent.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives that build bench strength and support succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with McDonaldโ€™s standards, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Partner with restaurant teams to enhance customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall restaurant performance.
  • Drive accountability through regular follow-up, coaching, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or multi-unit operations management.
  • Strong background in customer service and team development.
