What You'll Do

Client Leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership, building trusted relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic guidance and delivery leadership across complex federal programs and consulting engagements.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to align program objectives with organizational priorities.

Program & Project Delivery

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex projects and enterprise programs.
  • Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall program health.
  • Ensure delivery milestones, quality standards, and contractual commitments are successfully achieved.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve delivery challenges.

Team Leadership

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across technical, operational, and consulting disciplines.
  • Coordinate internal resources, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
  • Mentor project managers and team members while fostering collaboration and accountability.

Operational Excellence

  • Monitor financial performance, resource utilization, and delivery metrics.
  • Support staffing, workforce planning, and operational decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and project management practices.

Business Growth

  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support business growth.
  • Contribute to capture efforts, transition planning, and new program stand-up activities.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and organizational initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience managing projects, programs, consulting engagements, or client delivery initiatives.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in client-facing environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
