Position Summary


The Integrated Health Operations Manager oversees health satellite clinics and front desk operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality, client-centered care to vulnerable populations. This role provides leadership to diverse teams across multiple sites, supporting seamless patient access, efficient clinic operations, and compassionate service. The Manager collaborates with providers, senior leadership, and cross-departmental teams to strengthen integrated health services and client experience.

Duties/Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Provide leadership and supervision to Client Access Representatives, Enrollment Specialists, and Coordinators, fostering an inclusive culture and continuous improvement in performance and service delivery.
  • Oversee operational efficiency by planning and facilitating team meetings, coordinating scheduling, referrals, and registration processes, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
  • Collaborate with Integrated Health managers to evaluate staffing patterns, maintain clinic flow, and resolve logistical and coverage issues across multiple sites.
  • Manage systems operations including phone-tree scheduling, registration, and practice management software; implement quality assurance programs for call-in and scheduling processes.
  • Work with Clinical Directors, Managers, and Revenue Cycle staff to align provider schedules with patient demand, maximize access, and improve reimbursement efficiencies.
  • Engage directly with clients when needed, providing respectful and trauma-informed service; participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to address service gaps and improve outcomes.
  • Ensure staff compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other safety and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure timely & accurate use of all company systems as required while maintaining complete up-to-date records and any future upgrades as directed.
  • Performs other job duties as assigned

Education, Experience and Job Competencies

  • Education
    • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field preferred.
       
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in healthcare or client services.
    • Proven track record managing 10+ employees across multiple locations.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in health operations and/or practice management.
    • HIPAA trained or proficient in HIPAA rules and regulations.
    • Understanding of community health clinic operations.
    • Valid Colorado driver’s license and eligibility for CCH auto insurance coverage required.
    • Proficiency in practice management systems and medical office software.
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment/telecommunications systems.
    • Working knowledge of Excel and budget/accounting data helpful.
    • Experience managing front desk operations, customer service teams, or enrollment specialists preferred.
    • Experience with insurance enrollment preferred.
    • Experience working with underserved or high-needs populations, particularly in healthcare or nonprofit settings preferred.
