Starbucks Barista Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm and welcoming experience for every customer.
  • Prepare highquality beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards.
  • Provide prompt, friendly service and communicate clearly with customers and partners.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Follow all operational, cashhandling, and safety procedures.
  • Stay calm and positive during busy periods and support the team as needed.
  • Assist with stocking, cleaning, and daily store tasks to keep the cafe running smoothly.
  • Work as part of a team, contribute to a positive environment, and support new partners during training.
  • Show reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
