Job Details Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the field to understand their technology needs and challenges, and develop solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
  • Analyze field technology to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that supports the organization's strategic objectives and drives operational efficiency.
  • Lead the transformation of key field operation systems, ensuring they are optimized for performance and aligned with the organization's strategic direction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on technology trends and best practices in the Accounting and Finance industry.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's IT architecture, and ensure it is scalable and flexible enough to support future growth and change.
  • Work closely with other IT professionals to ensure the seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.
  • Proven experience in partnering with the field and analyzing field technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a digital strategy and vision, and drive the transformation of key field operation systems.
  • Strong knowledge of IT architecture principles and best practices.
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate future trends and challenges and develop effective strategies to address them.
