Position Summary As an RN Supervisor, you will provide leadership, clinical oversight, and support to the nursing team while ensuring the highest quality of care for our resident Veterans. This role is responsible for supervising daily nursing operations, promoting regulatory compliance, and fostering a collaborative environment that supports both residents and staff.
