What does an operations excellence intern do?

An Operations Excellence Intern supports continuous improvement initiatives within a company’s operations. They typically assist with data analysis, process mapping, and identifying areas for efficiency gains. Interns may also help implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other best practice methodologies to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
