Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Engineer to join our team-oriented environment as a Mask Operations Module Engineer. This role offers the opportunity to take primary ownership of our production mask repair module performance at the factory level. The position is available on our Compressed Work Week Shift 6 schedule, providing an excellent work-life balance while contributing to critical manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide guidance to MMTs to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques and respond to requests or events as they occur.

  • Be the expert on the various mask repair module tools be trained and certified on them to execute complicated repairs.

  • Provide timely repair assessments and recommend creation of backup lots to minimize customer mask delivery delay.

  • Develop repair strategies ensuring that they are executed in a timely manner. Own shift repair module MMT training/certifications.

In addition to the qualifications a successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Ability to handle pressure and time in a sensitive 7X24 manufacturing environment.

  • Able to multi-task, communicate, and provide clear decision-making skills in a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Customer oriented.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or related STEM degree with 1+ years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in mask repair.
