Job Description

POSITION TITLE: Audio Conference DevOps Engineer
LOCATION: Phoenix AZ 
SALARY: Based on Experience
SPONSORSHIP: No 

We're looking for a Audio Conference DevOps Engineer to manage the deployment of new release, configure, and troubleshoot SIP servers. Our Audio Conference provides dial-in and callout services for any Audio Conference meetings and has global data centers coverage.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Zoom Audio Conference release deployment
  • Design and implement zero-downtime Audio Conference service (99.99%)
  • CI/CD automation to maintain a scalable architecture, work closely with developers
  • Extract monitoring metrics, identify and troubleshoot service issues
  • Resolve escalation tickets from technical support
Qualifications
  • Develop Ansible playbooks to automate deployment tasks
  • Develop monitoring metrics with scripting languages like Python and Shell, in platforms such as Zabbix and Grafana
  • Maintain Git repositories and apply CI/CD with Jenkins
  • In-depth knowledge of Linux operation commands, config files, and packages
  • In-depth knowledge of SIP and RTP traces
  • Manage SBC dial plans configuration for PSTN service providers and enterprise customers
  • Manage WebSocket and SSL API integrations setup with large 3rd party Audio Conference partners and resellers
  • Manage VoIP network routing, QoS, and firewall policies with NetOps team
  • Manage global Toll and ITFS numbers coverage, capacity, and usage
  • Mandarin communication would be a plus
