Join Mainframe Solutions as a Division Manager leading the growth of a self-perform dewatering division supporting heavy civil, municipal, utility, and infrastructure projects throughout Texas.This is an opportunity to build and scale a growing operation by overseeing business development, operations, project execution, estimating, and field teams. While previous dewatering experience is valuable, we are seeking an experienced construction leader capable of developing a high-performing operation and driving long-term growth.Competitive compensation is offered based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Division Manager to oversee all aspects of a growing dewatering operation.
