We're looking for an experienced healthcare operations leader to oversee a growing portfolio of healthcare clients. This is an opportunity to lead large-scale operations, build lasting client partnerships, and empower teams that deliver exceptional service in environments where quality, consistency, and patient experience matter most.

As a strategic and hands-on leader, you'll guide multi-site operations, influence business outcomes, and develop high-performing teams across the region. You'll work cross-functionally to solve complex challenges, elevate operational performance, and create an outstanding experience for both clients and employees.

The ideal candidate will be based in Georgia, North Carolina, or Virginia to support regional travel and maintain a strong presence within the markets they serve.


Position Overview:
Reporting to the Vice President of Healthcare and MCS East, the Regional Director, will oversee sales, operations, and the financial well-being of the Region. The Regional Director will be responsible for overall operations and customer relations in a designated region. Responsibilities would also include workflow and processes, client relations, account growth, cost containment, quality, and compliance. This position ensures business growth and quality standards are met to drive financial objectives.
Essential Functions:

  • Maintains existing clients, the web of influence, generates proposals and closes new business to achieve the financial and sales goals for the Region.

  • Collaborates with MCS Business Development to ensure operational efficiencies are in place for current as well as future growth.

  • Utilizes and updates Salesforce for prospects and new business.

  • Promote the brand by attending networking events and participating in trade associations.

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Conducts customer and tenant visitations and inspections to ensure quality control and contract compliance.

  • Submits daily inspection reports from field visits to office for database input into MasterCorps inspection system, Orange QC.

  • Reviews inspection notes daily with operations team.

  • Responds promptly and accurately to customers' emails throughout the day.

  • Assists/completes payroll review each pay period.

  • Conducts bi-weekly operations meetings and quarterly training meetings.

  • Partners with Operations team to correct service deficiencies; and, if needed, walks sites with Operations team during and after business hours using Orange QC.

  • Performs monthly P&L review with the President and Finance Director.

  • Manages and ensures effective communication between Facility Services, Office Management, and all corporate departments.

  • Onboards and supervises Operations, Area Managers and Account Managers.

  • Ensures that MCS' policies and procedures are followed by managers and supervisors and performs coaching and counseling as needed.

  • Provides MasterCorp systems training to all staff, necessary to facilitate the day to day janitorial.

  • Maintains security for customers' access keys.

  • Participates, as needed, in special department projects.

  • Effectively uses and understands MasterCorp's scheduling program, MasterMind.

  • Keeps and maintains the Regions Client appointments.

  • Manages the Region's budget, payroll, supplies and any other required budgets.

  • Visits regularly and maintains excellent relations with customers.

  • Reviews and approves subcontractor invoices.

  • Manages Region day and night.

  • Manages floor crew efficiently and effectively.

  • Ensures constant communication with Operation team.


Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • 5+ years of progressive management responsibility in a field directly related to this position with successful multi-site responsibilities; required.

  • Ten years' experience in facility operations preferably within an education/campus facility preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and highly effective interpersonal skills. (Bilingual Spanish a plus).

  • Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize and delegate as needed.

  • Self-motivated team player with a high sense of urgency.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Proficient in Orange QC or other common facility management, quality management, and work order monitoring tools.

  • Work irregular hours including weekends and after hours.
