ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

What you'll own and lead as a: Regional Director of Operations -


Own full operational performance across multiple sites — driving KPIs, service delivery, efficiency, and accountability for results

Travel frequently to fill vacant roles, professional develop staff, conduct internal quality assurance audits, and provide leadership for industry surveys

Identify gaps, solve problems, and implement continuous improvements across all functions. Execute growth strategies that fuel expansion and scalability, evaluating systems, vendors, and partnerships for maximum ROI

Partner with Finance to manage budgets, control costs, and ensure operational decisions align with profitability

Maintain full compliance with regulatory, licensing, and contractual requirements while proactively mitigating risk

Support audits, quality assurance, and corrective action initiatives across all locations

Lead, coach, and develop Operations leaders — building a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous growth

Deliver clear reporting on KPIs, financials, and key initiatives to executive team


ROLE QUALIFICATIONS

Proven track record leading multi-site operations with strong accountability for performance, profitability, and scalable growth

Strong financial acumen — experienced managing budgets, forecasts, and cost control across complex organizations

Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated history of building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams

Strategic thinker with the ability to execute with discipline, urgency, and a proactive, solutions-first mindset
