Job description

Rees Scientific is seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Director to lead and oversee key operational functions across the organization. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, process improvement, customer satisfaction, and organizational performance across service operations, warehouse, assembly, inventory management, and related operational teams.

The ideal candidate will bring strong operational leadership experience, a collaborative management style, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee daily operational functions, including service operations, warehouse, assembly, inventory, and distribution activities
  • Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and performance initiatives
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership teams
  • Support operational planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures, KPIs, and reporting metrics
  • Lead and develop operational teams while fostering accountability and continuous improvement
  • Support ERP and operational system improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional operational teams
