JOB DESCRIPTION

This position has the ability to report out of AMP's Belleville or Willow Island hydroelectric facilities

Position Title: Hydroelectric Operations Project Coordinator

Reports To: Senior Director Hydroelectric Operations

Basic Functions: Coordinate with Hydroelectric Operations to support the operations and maintenance of the hydroelectric generation assets.

Essential Functions:

1. Assist Hydroelectric Operations team with developing and maintaining budgets.

2. In coordination with Accounting, oversee Oracle project setup, establish new vendors, provide budget vs actual reports, and conduct other business-related activities.

3. Support purchasing and receiving in Maximo for Hydroelectric Operations. Providing backlog workorder management.

4. Develop purchase requisitions; review, track and analyze invoices for all expenses associated with Hydroelectric operations.

5. Compile, organize and maintain various documents such as requests for proposals, agreements, contract amendments.

6. Assist with preparing work scopes, requests for proposals and associated bidding documents, and bid evaluations.

7. Assist with preparing reports, presentations and updates to Hydroelectric Operations management, AMP Board, and others as requested.

8. Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications:

1. Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or Project Management with a minimum of two (2) years' qualified experience; or 10+ years of relevant experience.

Qualified experience includes knowledge/experience in fiscal, contract and/or budgetary management in utility or construction industry.

2. Must be a team player with ability to work and collaborate well with others.

3. Strong organizational skills are essential; must possess an aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail.

4. Manage time effectively and efficiently; able to prioritize multiple tasks.

5. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are essential; professional demeanor and commitment to customer service and teamwork.

6. Experienced using software tools that produce spreadsheets, written reports, and graphical presentations (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).

7. Knowledge of workflow processes is a plus.

8. Knowledge of project management software tools is a plus.

9. Some travel may be required.
