Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for improving healthcare operations? As aRevenue Site Operations Business Partner, you will play a critical role in enhancing front-end workflows and driving revenue performance across our practice and clinic locations. You'll serve as a trusted advisor and project leader, collaborating with executive leaders and front-line teams to deliver measurable improvements in revenue cycle outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Champion Trinity Health's Mission, Vision, and Values in every interaction.

  • Partner with front office and billing teams to analyze weekly metrics, identify root causes, and implement action plans to improve revenue cycle performance.

  • Monitor and address front-end denials (eligibility, registration, authorizations), providing actionable insights to leadership.

  • Oversee and manage Registration Charge Review and Claim Edit work queues.

  • Analyze Front Office Dashboard data to detect performance variances and trends.

  • Design and deliver educational sessions for staff and providers, including "Billing 101" and other targeted training.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Accounting, or related fieldor7-10 years of professional billing experience.

  • Healthcare certifications (MA, MGMA, AAPC) preferred.

  • Six Sigma or LEAN certification is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of billing systems, insurance practices, and revenue cycle operations.

  • Experience with electronic practice management systems.

  • Proven leadership experience and ability to influence across teams.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive initiatives forward.
