About this role
The Assistant Residential Operations Manager oversees and monitors key program functions within Residential Habilitation Services, ensuring compliance with payer, waiver, and regulatory requirements. This role supports staff training and development, helps implement individual support plans, reviews documentation and service reporting for accuracy, and promotes quality service delivery in home and community settings. The position also assists with EHR compliance, medication and health management oversight, and operational recordkeeping. Working under the supervision of the Operations Director, this role serves as a mentor and coach to frontline supervisors, program specialists, and coordinators while helping maintain high standards of care and program effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
A Master's Degree and one year of experience working directly with persons with IntellectualDisabilities; or a Bachelor's Degree and two years of experience working with persons with Intellectual Disabilities; or an Associate's Degree or 60 credit hours and four years of experience working directly with persons with Intellectual Disabilities.
