Schedule:

  • Monday-Saturday availability
  • 45 hours/week, up to 55 hours/week based on business needs
  • Sundays off
  • This role requires schedule flexibility to meet the needs of the business. This typically includes availability for peak periods (11 AM - 2 PM, 5 PM - 8 PM), opening and/or closing the restaurant based on need. This is important to maintain a strong understanding of daily operations and all aspects of the business. A typical week will include 5-6 days, 45-55 hours.
