Position Overview

The Co-Spa Operations Director oversees daily business operations while partnering with the Director to drive growth, profitability, team development, and exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable analyzing business performance, coaching employees, solving operational challenges, and contributing to sales and membership growth.

You'll lead by example, inspire accountability, and continuously look for ways to improve every aspect of the business.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire front desk, guest experience, and support teams

Operations

  • Oversee daily spa operations to ensure exceptional service and efficiency
  • Optimize scheduling, staffing, and workflow

Business Growth

  • Drive membership sales and guest retention
