Shift Details: This position generally operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; however, actual hours and days worked will fluctuate based on business needs, staffing requirements, and coverage demands. Flexibility to adjust your schedule, including occasional shift coverage, is an expectation of this role.
Work Location: Crisis - Mecklenburg Recovery Response Center; Charlotte, NC
Salary/Hourly Wage: $95,000.00-$110,000.00 annually

- Licensure required according to start regulations, Independent Licensure Preferred.
Summary of Job: The Director, Operations is responsible for planning, developing, organizing, and maintaining activities within the Program. The Director, Operations is also responsible for developing relationships with funders and potential funders to foster current programs and create new partnerships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership:
    • Monitors and oversees program participation to include participant flow in and out of the program.
    • Provides sign off on of clinical documentation completed by the team, if needed.
  2. Guest Care amp; Advocacy:
    • Assists individuals/families in developing natural supports to increase success in the community.
    • Serve as Clinical Lead for Campus Connection, ensuring seamless coordination between the organization and key special initiatives.
  3. Compliance amp; Risk Management:
    • Ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
    • Completes clinical documentation as required.
    • Ensures compliance with all contractual, accreditation and funding requirements for service delivery, documentation, etc.
    • Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all Recovery Innovations policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
    • Understands and adheres to Recovery Innovations compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
  4. Cross Functional Collaboration:
    • Develop strategies to engage community members, ensuring that services are accessible and aligned with community needs.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationship with funder, stakeholders, and community partners to support the organization’s mission and objectives.
    • Administers the business plan and monitors budgetary activities.
    • Maintains positive, professional relationships with all referral sources and external vendors
    • Works collaboratively with external entities, i.e., hospital staff, Probation, Police Departments and clinical teams
    • Operational metrics (KPIs) are a shared responsibility between the Medical Director and the Director, Operations, ensuring joint accountability for performance outcomes and operational efficiency.

    • Minimum of Five (5) years of full-time behavioral health experience.
    • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory/management experience required.
