Resident Care Coordinator / Staff Developer / Team Operations Director Opportunity in Senior Living!

We are seeking a professional, experienced, and hands-on Team Operations Director (TOD) to lead the care staff within our assisted living and memory care community. This is a high-stress, fast-paced leadership role that is essential to maintaining quality care, strong team performance, and day-to-day operational excellence.

The Team Operations Director is responsible for the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of community care staff. This leader plays a critical role in building a strong team by screening candidates for both skills and culture fit, holding team members accountable to community standards, and ensuring staffing coverage across a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, interview, and screen candidates for care staff positions.
  • Evaluate applicants for qualifications, professionalism, and culture fit.
  • Train and onboard new team members
  • Supervise, coach, and hold staff accountable to performance and community standards.
  • Fill open shifts promptly as staffing needs arise.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels to support quality resident care.
  • Personally fill open roles if community staffing hits critical level
  • Support daily operations in a hands-on leadership capacity.

  • Prior experience supervising a large 24/7 department.
  • Experience with employee training and staff development
