About the Role

MEI - Total Elevator Solutions is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our service account portfolio by identifying new opportunities, securing service contracts, and building long-term customer relationships. This role works closely with branch operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and continued business growth.

Responsibilities

·Prospect and secure new service contracts through cold calls, referrals, marketing efforts, and available market data.

·Build and manage a database of potential customers, including elevator types, service providers, and contract terms.

·Identify growth opportunities within existing and emerging branch territories.

·Manage all leads and opportunities within MEI's CRM and quoting systems.

·Present MEI's service contract options effectively to prospective customers.

·Develop and execute business plans that drive growth and meet sales goals.

·Collaborate with branch teams to transition new accounts smoothly and maintain customer satisfaction.

Experience

·Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

·5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in a service or technical industry.

·Proven record of achieving sales goals and developing long-term client relationships.

·Skilled in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
