Become a Key Player as an Aftermarket Business Development Manager

You will drive product-line strategies that generate aftermarket revenue and shape long-term plans across division sites and regional teams. You will influence contracts, forecasts, and portfolio decisions while collaborating closely with division, site, and regional segment stakeholders. Work model: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 remote day every other week) — Onsite in Fort Worth, TX.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Own aftermarket financial goals and deliver short- and long-term sales forecasts for multiple programs and sites
  • Serve as the primary strategic product-line contact for aftermarket services, including repairs, spares, logistics, contract, and pricing negotiations
  • Collaborate with division/site customer service and regional segment teams to develop proposals, contracts, and execution plans
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve critical customer issues and drive process improvements
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze sales performance to set product- and system-level goals and milestones
  • Develop business cases, portfolio optimization exercises, and strategies for contract renegotiation and new retrofit opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with customers and internal technology/operations teams to identify market needs and accelerate solutions
