Description:

Ecommerce Operations Coordinator will support daily operations, optimization and growth of our stonewallkitchen.com website. This role will help maintain platform functionality, ensure accurate product listings and support initiatives across the e-commerce ecosystem. The Ecommerce Operations Coordinator will ensure seamless digital experiences, monitor and analyze web traffic and site performance, coordinate logistics and help improve conversion through data driven insights. This role will collaborate with several internal teams, including marketing and supply chain, as well as work with relevant external partners and technology providers.


JOB SUMMARY

  1. Monitor website performance, functionality and user experience
  2. Generate basic performance reports (traffic, conversion, sales trends) with deeper analysis as needed, to provide action-oriented recommendations for improved performance.
  3. Support promotional strategy and campaigns, sales events and merchandising updates.
  4. Monitor Email / SMS performance and recommend improvements to drive customer retention and conversion
  5. Partner with third party vendors to enhance site experience (ex - Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Attentive, Noibu, OrderGroove, GA4, OSF Digital, Bazaarvoice, and others).
  6. Actively seek out opportunities to improve site functionality and profitability, increase site visits, and optimize conversion rates.
  7. Collaborate with Brand Management, Merchandising and Creative teams on site updates.
  8. Partner with Guest Services, IT / IS, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless order flow and help resolve platform-related customer issues.
  9. Support SEO best practices for product and category pages.
  10. Conduct routine quality checks to ensure content accuracy and consistency


Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Ecommerce or related field.
  2. 3 years’ experience in Ecommerce platforms. Preferred experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud in both a business and technical capacity and familiarity with other Salesforce products.
  3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Basic understanding of digital marketing and online customer journeys.
  5. Proficient in spreadsheets and data entry
  6. Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools
  7. Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities  
  8. Must be able to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Ability to climb stairs and sit for several hours at a time.
