  • Pay Type: Full Time/Hourly/Paid Weekly
  • Pay: $19.50/hr
  • Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday
  • Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm
  • Experience in dispatching, transportation, driver support, and/or last mile delivery is preferred

In this position you'll play a key role in supporting our Final Mile operations. You'll be responsible for:

  • Administer pre delivery confirmations
  • Monitorcontractor COI's
  • Provide real time route support for drivers
  • Scheduling deliveries
  • Providing support to retail client and end user customers
  • Supporting end of day logistics operations, and driver check in
  • Accurate data logging, billing, maintaining records

Summary
Under general supervision, the Operations Coordinator II performs clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating and summarizing of documents and information. Maintains records or logs. Verifies completion and accuracy of information. Sets up and maintains files and records.
