Job description

We are currently recruiting for a full time HR Manager role on behalf of our client.

(Must live in the area of or be willing to relocate to Grand Island NE area)

This is a full-time role with a salary range of 80-90K DOE. Our client is growing, and this is a good time to help carve out strategic initiatives. The ideal candidates will have some or most of the qualifications listed below;

  • Experience with HR reporting and analytics, support audits, compliance reviews, and financial reporting related to HR and programs
  • Experience with Employee Relations and Culture
  • 3–7 years of HR Operations & Compliance experience
  • Skilled in Performance Management and Workforce Development
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience leading and or with apprenticeship programs strongly preferred
  • Strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition
