What jobs in the US pay 300,000 a year?

In operations automation, senior roles such as Director of Operations, Automation Engineer, or Chief Operations Officer can reach or exceed a $300,000 annual salary, especially with extensive experience, advanced skills in programming and systems integration, and leadership responsibilities. These positions often require a strong background in process optimization, project management, and familiarity with automation tools and software. Compensation varies based on industry, company size, and geographic location.

Which 3 jobs will survive AI?

Operations automation professionals will continue to be essential as they design, implement, and oversee automated systems that require human oversight, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making. Jobs involving complex judgment, creativity, and interpersonal skills—such as management roles, specialized technical positions, and customer service—are also likely to persist despite AI advancements. These roles often require adaptability and nuanced understanding that AI cannot fully replicate.
