HR Operations & Automation Lead – Process & Systems Focus

Qualifications for the HR Operations & Automation Lead:
• Background in HR operations, HR systems, or people analytics
• Experience with HRIS platforms and related tools (Workday, ADP, UKG, BambooHR, etc.)
• Strong comfort with data, reporting, and process improvement
• Exposure to workflow automation, systems implementation, or AI tools a plus
