As a manufacturer of promotional products and custom-marked products, we operate a dynamic, high-mix manufacturing environment utilizing computer-guided printing systems, laser engraving equipment, specialty marking systems, and mechanical assembly processes.

What You'll Do

As an Operations Associate, you will help drive day-to-day operational success and support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Primary responsibilities include:

Operations & Production Management

  • Support daily production scheduling and workflow coordination
  • Help prioritize work to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery
  • Monitor production status and identify bottlenecks
  • Assist in balancing resources across multiple projects and product lines

Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Help oversee product quality and adherence to standards
  • Identify recurring issues and investigate root causes
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce waste and cost

Technical Troubleshooting

  • Assist with troubleshooting and basic maintenance of:
    • Computer-guided printers
    • Laser engraving systems

  • Work with leadership and technical personnel to diagnose and resolve equipment or process issues

Safety & Workplace Excellence
