  • Define, implement, and lead IT/OT infrastructure architecture with a focus on hyper‑converged systems, advanced networking, and wireless technologies to ensure robust connectivity and security across industrial and enterprise environments
  • Maintain compliance with GxP, FDA, and global regulatory requirements; ensure data integrity, disaster recovery planning, and robust security measures are in place across IT/OT infrastructure
  • Maintain compliance with automation system standards including DeltaV/Emerson and Rockwell/Allen‑Bradley; ensure systems and procedures support effective monitoring and reporting
  • Manage service providers to ensure high‑quality delivery aligned to SLAs; act as escalation point for major incidents and provide regular management reporting on service performance and IT operations
  • Collaborate with corporate IT and OT partners to ensure seamless system integration and alignment across the enterprise
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse technical team spanning Helpdesk, Desktop, Server, and Network functions; oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and goal setting for the IT Operations team
  • Drive implementation and continuous improvement of ITIL practices, SLAs, metrics, and operational best practices across the IT Operations function
  • Demonstrated experience managing diverse technical teams including Helpdesk, Desktop, Server, and Network staff; experience managing vendors and managed service providers required
  • Experience developing and deploying SLAs, metrics, and operational best practices; proven track record implementing ITIL practices within an organization
  • Strong background in Microsoft OS including Server and GPO elements; strong understanding of data integrity and associated tools
  • Experience with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning required
  • Knowledge of IT compliance guidelines including PIC/S, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and GAMP preferred
This role requires:

  • Senior Manager: 8+ years of progressively more responsible experience, including 8+ years of management experience and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an FDA or similarly regulated environment
