A Day in the Life

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead and support our Field Installation Technicians throughout the St. Louis market. This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring high-quality customer installations, driving productivity, maintaining safety standards, and developing a high-performing technician team.


The position will serve Memphis and surrounding areas.


What You’ll Do

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervise and support a team of Field Installation Technicians.
  • Manage daily work assignments, productivity, and route efficiency.
  • Ensure installations are completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with company standards.
  • Conduct field ride-alongs, quality audits, and technician performance evaluations.
  • Coach, train, and develop technicians to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor installation, service, and repair metrics to achieve operational goals.
  • Partner with dispatch, customer service, and leadership teams to resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage technician attendance, scheduling, and workforce planning.
  • Evaluate operational processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives for field personnel.
  • Prepare reports and communicate operational performance to management.


What We’re Looking For

To be considered for this role, you'll need the following required qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of telecommunications, cable, fiber, broadband, or field service experience.
  • 1+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
  • Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial installation operations.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Class E license or the willingness to obtain one if offered.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules as business needs require.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to lift up to 75lbs.
