Our clinical and operational teams work hand-in-hand, ensuring patients receive the best possible care while administrative processes run smoothly behind the scenes. Every role at Advaita Health contributes to our mission of delivering high-quality, accessible behavioral health services—and our facilities team plays a central role in keeping every location clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone we serve.

Why Join Advaita Health?

  • Part-time, hourly, non-exempt position
  • Opportunity to work across all Advaita Health locations, directly supporting a safe, professional environment for staff, providers, and patients

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a Cleaning Operations Associate who takes pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for our staff, providers, and patients. This role plays a quiet but essential part in daily operations—a well-maintained environment lets everyone else at Advaita Health focus on supporting our clients.

The Cleaning Operations Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness across general areas, restrooms, break rooms, and provider offices at all Advaita Health locations, working closely with the Facilities Manager to keep supplies stocked and flag maintenance needs before they become bigger problems.

We're looking for someone who works well independently, manages their time across multiple locations, and takes ownership of their space without needing to be asked twice.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior custodial experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation to travel between multiple building locations

Competencies

  • Consistent attention to detail across every space and building
  • Strong time management across multiple locations and shifts
  • Reliability and independence, with minimal need for supervision
  • Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing throughout the day
  • Clear, prompt communication with the Facilities Manager
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities across buildings and departments

Ready to Join Us?

If you take pride in a job well done—even when no one's watching—and want to be part of a team that keeps Advaita Health running safely and smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
