Role Description: The Inventory Operations Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate and organized inventory across a wide range of beauty products, including haircare, skincare, fragrance, and more. This role ensures that all inventory processes are executed per established plans and standards, supporting operational efficiency and product availability. The Inventory Opearations Associate will monitor inventory movement, identify discrepancies or trends, and communicate findings to management while fostering collaboration across departments to maintain a smooth and effective inventory flow.
This is an in-person position based in MELVILLE, NY.
Working hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain inventory of all beauty products, including haircare, skincare, fragrance, and more
Qualifications:
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and communication platforms such as Slack
