Role Overview


We are seeking a reliable, organized, and team-oriented Campus Operations Associate who takes pride in creating clean, safe, and well-maintained spaces. This role is essential to the daily experience of our school community.


You will support the cleanliness and functionality of the building while also assisting with student supervision during key parts of the day. If you value structure, consistency, and being part of a mission-driven team, this role is a strong fit.


What You’ll Do


Facilities & Operations
  • Maintain cleanliness of hallways, restrooms, classrooms, offices, and common areas throughout the school day
  • Perform routine custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom maintenance
  • Respond promptly to spills, accidents, or immediate cleaning needs
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of spaces for events, meetings, and school activities
  • Monitor and restock custodial supplies as needed
  • Support minor maintenance tasks and report facility issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure entrances, hallways, and high-traffic areas remain clean, safe, and presentable


Student Supervision & Support
  • Supervise students during recess to ensure safety and appropriate behavior
  • Supervise students during lunch periods and maintain an orderly cafeteria environment
  • Support arrival, dismissal, and hallway monitoring as needed
  • Assist students and staff in maintaining a positive, respectful school culture


Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support daily school operations

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
