Working as an Operations Agent & Associate at National Bank Financial, you will capitalize on your ability to work in synergy with clients and your colleagues. In this role, you will support members of your team by carrying out administrative tasks in accordance with Bank policies, standards, and procedures.

Your role: 

  • Warmly welcome clients to the branch and direct them to the right resource
  • Analyze client accounts to prepare for activities that support investment advisors in their business development
  • Open and update client files
  • Coordinate advisor agendas, schedule appointments, and prepare clients meetings
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules
  • Provide top-quality customer service in person, on the phone, and via email
  • Help coordinate events and conferences with internal/external partners
  • Carry out various daily administrative activities (e.g., mail, distribute and file documents, order supplies)
  • Keep the branch tidy and organized

Your team: 

National Bank Financial – Wealth Management, is the fifth largest brokerage firm in Canada. We have close to 1,000 investment advisors who manage the assets of more than 400,000 clients in about 100 branches. You will report to the Branch Administrator and work closely with a team of investment advisors
