The position is primarily remote, providing flexibility in your work schedule while delivering outpatient services. • Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma history effectively and identify suitable treatment modalities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, focusing on trauma recovery and building resilience.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that assist patients in processing their trauma, developing effective coping strategies, and fostering healing.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for all patients.
• Offer crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely care.
• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and effective coping mechanisms while providing resources for additional support.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all patient records are up-to-date.
• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities centered on trauma-informed care, fostering ongoing learning.
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to enhance treatment quality.

As an LCPC at Tarrant Post-Acute Care Practice Center, you will work with a diverse patient population primarily affected by trauma-related disorders. • Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.
• Strong foundation in trauma-informed practices and therapeutic techniques relevant to trauma recovery.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, characterized by a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor toward clients.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and familiarity with relevant computer applications.
• The ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, enhancing the overall care experience for patients.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling is preferred, particularly in trauma-focused treatment.
• Experience delivering individual and group therapy sessions, showcasing a commitment to patient engagement and progress.

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we offer a range of benefits that include:
