Job description

Job Summary:
ShipMonk is a tech-powered growth partner for ecommerce brands, operating fulfillment centers across multiple countries. The Senior Analyst - Operations Analytics role involves owning data analyses that inform operational decisions, building dashboards, and providing actionable insights to improve fulfillment processes.
Responsibilities:
• You build and own the dashboards and KPIs that operations leaders use to run the business.
• You dig into the data to spot trends and inefficiencies before they become expensive, then bring a clear recommendation, not just a chart.
• You help build the forecasts and capacity models that feed operational plans and budgets.
• You turn complex analysis into something an operations VP can act on in five minutes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years in supply chain analytics, operations analysis, or capacity and fulfillment management
• Strong skills in Excel and a BI tool (we use Metabase and Tableau; Power BI experience transfers fine)
• The ability to turn messy operational data into a clear recommendation
• Comfort working directly with operations teams, not just sending reports over the wall
Preferred:
• Experience with statistical modeling is a plus, especially for forecasting and capacity work
Company:
ShipMonk offers direct-to-consumer fulfillment and technology tools for e-commerce companies. Founded in 2014, the company is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, USA, with a team of 1001-5000 employees. The company is currently Late Stage.
