Position Summary
As the Branch Operations Analytics Manager, you lead a team of data analysts in transforming complex operational data into actionable business intelligence that drives strategic decision-making and operational excellence across Branch Operations. You are responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of Key Performance Indicators, dashboards, and analytical reporting frameworks that support executive and operational stakeholders. Leveraging deep expertise in SQL, Tableau, Sigma, and data governance best practices, you will guide your team in extracting meaningful insights, ensuring data integrity, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences. As a people manager and subject matter expert, you will coach and develop your team while championing the expanded use of data analytics across the organization.
Job Responsibility
Strategic Leadership & Operational Insights
  • Lead the development and execution of the Branch Operations analytics strategy in alignment with organizational goals and OKRs
  • Translate executive priorities into analytical roadmaps, ensuring the team delivers timely and relevant insights
  • Identify and champion branch-related and cross-functional operational improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis
  • Drive the evolution, adoption, and expanded utilization of data analytics capabilities across Branch Operations

Team Management & Development
  • Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of Branch Operations Data Analysts
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture aligned with Purpose Financial's core principles
  • Identify skill gaps and support professional development and training opportunities for team members

Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of KPIs, dashboards, and reports that support operational teams and executive stakeholders
  • Review and approve analytical outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business objectives
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and maintain executive-level reporting and recurring dashboards
  • Ensure the team leverages SQL, Tableau, Sigma, and other analytics tools effectively and consistently

Data Quality, Governance & Validation
  • Establish and enforce data quality standards and validation processes across all analytics deliverables
  • Serve as an escalation point for data integrity issues, coordinating resolution with Data Governance, IT, and other internal teams
  • Define and document requirements for data elements necessary for analytics and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices across the analytics function

Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage and prioritize multiple complex, concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for Branch Operations analytics across the organization
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including documentation, testing, and end-user training
  • Lead and provide oversight over initiatives addressing operational issues per executive-approved corrective measures
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Operations, IT, Finance, and other departments

  • Understand, adhere to, and enforce all corporate policies

Education Required
  • BA/BS in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience Required
  • 5 to 7+ years of proven work experience in data analytics, operations, or a related field
  • 2+ years of people management experience, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute analytics strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Strong analytical thinking demonstrated through excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Skilled in negotiating, problem-solving, influencing, and leading others, and executing and implementing projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously

Knowledge Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment; comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume, fast-paced environment. Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry, business, and products.
