Advanced Analytics Manager

Our Advanced Analytics Manager will play a critical role in accelerating business performance by delivering scalable analytics, insights, and dashboarding solutions that support Sales, Finance, and Operations. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, optimizing sales processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and modern data platforms for Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM).

Your role:

  • Lead the development of advanced analytics solutions to support sales performance, revenue optimization, territory and quota management, and workforce efficiency. Design and maintain scalable data models and data pipelines leveraging cloud-based platforms such as Azure and Databricks, integrating enterprise data sources.
  • Build and deliver executive-ready dashboards and enable self-service reporting using Power BI and related business intelligence tools. Translate complex business questions into structured analytical frameworks, metrics, and actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT to align analytics initiatives with HPM business priorities and drive measurable impact.
  • Establish and support data governance practices, KPI standardization, and metric definitions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and trust in reporting. Contribute to analytics roadmap planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement of data and analytics capabilities.
  • Coach and enable business stakeholders on data interpretation, driving adoption through training, documentation, and best practices.

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or a related field, preferably supporting sales, commercial, or operational functions. You also bring strong experience translating business needs into analytical solutions and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Your skills include advanced data modeling, data engineering, and data visualization, with strong experience in Power BI, SQL, Python, and cloud platforms such as Azure and Databricks.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree, required in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Business, or a related field, Master's preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You're comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing decision-making in a matrixed organization and are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous learning, innovation, and driving business impact through data.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $131,000 to $209,000.

The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $117,000 to $187,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
