Job description

With a growing company comes a growing team full of innovative people. We are looking for a Manager, Analytics help build out our next-generation data analytics program. You will be hands-on with a variety of technologies and intimately involved with the creation and execution of our data-driven strategies, ranging from customer acquisition all the way through retention.
Please note that this is a hybrid position of 4 days/week in our Los Angeles office
What You'll Do
  • Drive best practices across our BI platforms, including Tableau. This includes maintaining reporting infrastructure, ensuring data quality, gathering requirements from cross-functional teams, building scalable dashboards and data visualizations, optimizing data models, and training end-users.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into intuitive Tableau visualizations, KPIs, and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Prepare insightful reporting of key e-commerce and membership program metrics and determine drivers of emerging trends.
  • Leverage data to support executive strategic decision-making.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in MeUndies data and liaise between business end-users and Data Engineering to provide requirements for new data sources.
  • Create predictive statistical models for customer acquisition and retention across multiple channels.
  • Develop and maintain web and marketing analytics, including customer lifecycle marketing, customer lifetime value, customer segmentation, marketing channel attribution and performance, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and promotional analysis.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Engineering team to ensure data integrity is maintained, meshing QA processes with the Data Engineering team.
  • Work with Data Engineering and business stakeholders to become a subject matter expert in data needs and sources to improve and maintain data integrity.
  • Use data to tell compelling stories through Tableau, presentations, and other visualization tools to drive business decisions.
  • Monitor performance and deliver insights to key stakeholders; own and report KPIs against budget performance.

What You Have
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a business analytics or web analytics role; ideal candidates will have e-commerce and/or subscription service experience.
  • A background in statistical modeling (academically or professionally).
  • Very strong SQL and intermediate-to-advanced Python skills.
  • Strong experience building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Tableau; experience with other modern BI platforms is highly preferred.
  • Experience designing data models, calculated fields, and performance-optimized dashboards within Tableau.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics such as channel spend and attribution, ROAS, LTV:CAC, and CPA.
  • Top-notch communication skills-you can easily and clearly communicate with Engineering and Marketing in the same hour.
  • The ability to adapt-you can transform complex datasets into simple visuals and dashboards for both analytical and non-analytical teammates.
  • A passion for data integrity-you let the numbers define the narrative rather than finding numbers to support a narrative.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 -$130,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the base salary range provided in this posting does not include any bonus, equity, or benefits you may be eligible for.
